Join us for a special event at Winterfest! Parents, caregivers, and community members are invited to participate in an insightful discussion on managing anxiety in children and youth.
Learn to recognize signs of anxiety and explore strategies to reduce it for both caregivers and children in the Fox Room at Rutland Free Library. Meanwhile, kids can enjoy a winter craft activity, reading time with a certified therapy dog, and more. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
